Dear Friends,
Sunday evening’s celebration was extraordinary. Whether you joined us in person or watched the livestream, together we witnessed a moment of profound holiness and joy as we welcomed our new Torah scroll to Chisuk Emuna.
The sanctuary was alive with song, celebration, and heartfelt emotion as Rabbi Muroff and Susan Gordon, with the guidance of our scribe, carefully wrote the final two letters of the Torah. When the Torah was lifted and placed into the ark, the room was filled with pride and spiritual beauty that we will remember for years to come.

Now, for more wonderful news: The Pillars of Strength campaign — supporting the new Torah, the upkeep of our synagogue, and programming for families — has now raised over $1,004,000!
This remarkable accomplishment is most of all a testament to the passion and generosity of our congregation and a handful of friends. A heartfelt thank you to our devoted Pillars of Strength committee members, many volunteers and our staff who have enabled us to reach our goals -- both raising funds to secure the future of Chisuk Emuna and deepening our bonds to Torah and each other.
We would love to include you in our Pillars of Strength campaign. If you feel moved to contribute or would like to learn more, please email pillars.of.strength@chisukemuna.org.
Thank you for being part of this unforgettable chapter in our congregation’s history. Your support, your spirit, and your love make all of this possible. With G-d’s help, and your assistance, we will grow in learning and living Torah, in our synagogue, homes and the world!
Best Regards,
Jenn Lench, Pillars of Strength chairperson
